The Sweet Potato Pizza range boasts the following Mediterranean – inspired topping combinations:
Chorizo, Feta cheese and Spinach Leaf
Parma Ham, Mushrooms and Fresh Rocket
Sundried Tomato, Red Onion and Spinach leaf
It retails in selected Supervalu stores for €6.

About Craig Grattan, the Inventor of The Sweet Potato Pizza Co.
Craig Grattan, from Blanchardstown, Dublin has turned one of his favourite foods into what will become a favourite Irish go-to pizza.
“I introduced sweet potato into my meal prep in my early twenties. My gym trainer at the time had encouraged me to use Sweet Potato instead on other carbs like pasta, rice or even normal potato. I made it one weekend for me and my girlfriend and it was the tastiest pizza I had ever cooked. It took ages to recreate that first amazing pizza, but it was absolutely worth it!”
“I am a regular fixture in the Honest to Goodness Farmers’ Market in Glasnevin. I also bring The Sweet Potato Pizza Co. to the Drogheda Cottage Market. Word has spread and a lot of people come over to try the pizzas on the recommendation of friends,” commented Craig.
The pizza will be available in frozen aisles in Supervalu, in Rathborne (Ashtown), Skerries, Sutton, Donabate, Finglas, Tyrrelstown and select Farmers’ markets.
