Lucy worked as a marketing consultant to Diageo after she qualified with the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. She went on to work in the publishing industry and was the Editor of Salon Magazine (formerly Beauty Professional Ireland) from its launch in 2010 to 2017. She was nominated in the Irish Magazine Awards as Editor of the Year (2013). She was also the Editor of Irish Pharmacy Retailer Magazine from 2012 to 2017. In 2016. Lucy formed Artisyn and has since been working with top Irish brands in the lifestyle sphere. Lucy's approach is creative; working with the 'zeitgeist' and current trends. Her campaigns are results-based, creative and are targeted to what the public needs to know about your brand or service
Michael joined Artisyn In 2018 after he left his position as Head Of Digital for Irish music promoter MCD (Live Nation). Where he drove campaigns not only for international artists like Arcade Fire, Gorillaz and Queens Of The Stone Age, but for Irish artists like Hozier , Mundy and of course U2. Before joining MCD, he worked for Harmonia Publishing as Digital Manager, on brands such as Irish Tatler, Ireland Of The Welcomes and FOOD&WINE. Previous to that he was Digital Manager for XMusic, the largest music retailer in the UK and Ireland. Michael has worked as a freelance consultant for over a decade, advising all manner of businesses.
